Biography

Todd joined PNNL in 1996 as a Project Manager in the Mechanical & Robotic Systems Group. Previous to PNNL, Todd worked at Westinghouse for 12 years as a Senior Plant Engineer and Project Manager working in the areas of remote systems development, data acquisition, and systems testing. In 2003, Todd became the Group Manager for the PNNL Energy Policy & Economics Group and led that group for 19 years. In 2022, Todd became the Group Leader for the Building Systems Group with over 65 scientist & engineers focused on building science, technology, energy efficiency, operations & control, and performance assessment. Todd has over 38 years of experience in the areas of project management, technology development & field deployment of new technologies, systems testing, data acquisition & control, and business development.

Todd has received several awards for his technology development efforts, including an R&D 100 award, and FLC award and two patents for successfully commercialized inspection technologies
