Biography

Natasha Collins joined Energy Policy & Economics in February 2010. She is a member of rulemaking project team working on PNNL's Appliance and Equipment Standards Project. This project supports DOE's Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Program and will result in updated energy efficiency standards for common fluorescent lamp ballast types, as mandated by the Federal Energy Policy and Conservation Act. Prior to joining PNNL, Natasha worked as Senior Economist at Oregon Department of Revenue. Her responsibilities included public policy analysis, forecasting, large dataset construction and analysis for various tax programs.
